The morning segment of day three was dedicated to a moving and meaningful tribute ceremony for Master Ali Akbar Sadeghi, a distinguished artist and veteran of Iranian animation. The gathering was held with Ms. Fatemeh Hosseini Shakib and Mr. Mehrdad Sheikhan in attendance. The session gave students and professors a chance to express their appreciation for this great artist’s contributions, and it introduced the new generation to his invaluable legacy. The crowds and turnout for the festival’s sessions were so overwhelming that they had real consequences. The Evand website, responsible for registration and ticketing for the sessions, was effectively knocked offline the day before under the sheer weight of demand! This was itself a testament to the animation community’s hunger to take part in these specialized sessions. As a result, from noon onward, the campus grounds grew steadily more crowded, making Monday the busiest day of the festival so far.

A session was held featuring Dr. Mojtaba Khorsandi, CEO of Pishgaman Holding. The session examined the financial and industrial support services this holding company offers to startups, with a special focus on creative industries — particularly animation.
A Star-Studded Finale: The Art of Character Design
The final segment of day three was devoted to the session “The Art of Character Design,” held in the Avini Hall with Hootan Shakiba in attendance. This well-known film and theater actor shared his valuable experience creating a wide range of characters, drawing an unprecedented crowd to the Avini Hall. The session shed light on the technical aspects of character creation, and also explored the psychological and emotional dimensions of this process for animators.
